On-site visits
Official visits and missions of the EAG Chairmanship members and delegations to the EAG states play important role in the formation and development of national AML/CFT systems of these states. Such visits result in quicker creation of organizational and legal bases of national AML/CFT systems in these states, including establishment of an FIU.
The high level EAG mission and TANA mission to Tajikistan took place on June 2-3, 2009.
The high level EAG mission to Turkmenistan took place on April 28-29, 2009.
The EAG mission to Kazakhstan covering issues of development of IT resources in the Financial Monitoring Committee of the Kazakh Finance Ministry took place on March 17-19, 2009.
The high level joint EAG and FATF mission evaluating the current AML/CFT situation in Uzbekistan took place on November 24-25, 2008.
The 2nd technical assistance needs assessment (TANA) mission to Kazakhstan took place on November 24, 2008.
The EAG technical assistance needs assessment (TANA) mission to Kyrgyzstan took place on June 28-30, 2006.
